I'm Tara Maurice, a registered dietitian, wellness coach, wife, and mama of three little kiddos. I realize it takes a lot of juggling to "make it all work" because I, too, struggle with this on a daily basis! However, over my 15 year career I've created bullet proof strategies for sustainable habits (most days) and I want to share my pro tips with you.  


My goal is to help you master your mindset, end emotional eating and implement sustainable habits so that you can find balance (and even joy!) with food.

I will walk you through the entire process! No more yo-yo dieting and stress-eating. Fine-tune your inner compass and become the captain of your own ship.
