I'm a Registered Dietitian, Wellness Coach and mama to 3 energetic kiddos. I help women master their mindset, end emotional eating and find joy in their relationship with food.
Throughout high school into my early 20s, despite working as a dietitian, I developed nutrition habits that were not so healthy and took me years to overcome. I struggled with disordered eating, IBS and food intolerances.
With the guidance of a great mentor and hard personal work, I was able to heal my gut and eliminate all food intolerances. This was so transformational for me that I now help others find the same freedom from emotional eating. I use evidence-based nutrition information and mindful eating practices to provide a compassionate, and non-judgmental space for you to explore finding balance in your nutrition and wellness habits. I am also a certified wellness coach, meaning we will go beyond nutrition education and learn powerful mindfulness strategies and behavior change tools that will transform your habits and lead you towards a life of food freedom.
I received my undergraduate degree from Ohio University in Athens, Ohio where I currently reside with my family. However, I spent the last 15 years in the mountains of Montana living out my passions of trail running, skiing, and nutrition coaching of course! I have experience in sports nutrition, pre/postnatal nutrition, digestive health and disordered eating.
